Tineco Roadshow 2026 (Sydney) Terms and Conditions
1. Date and Time:
o 24 - 27 March 2026, 9:30 am -6:00 pm
o 28 March 2026, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
o 29 March 2026, 10:00 am-6:00 pm
2. Organizer: This activity is organized by ECOVACS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. (hereunder referred to as “we”, “us” or “Tineco”)
3. Clean & Win Activity
Eligibility: This activity is open to all roadshow visitors aged 18 or above (each a “Eligible Participant” or “Participant”), subject to these terms and conditions. Each Eligible Participant may participate once per day. Participation will cease when our staff announce the end of the activity for the day or event
Clean & Win Rules:
o Each round consists of 12 grids covered with simulated "stains", with each grid revealing a prize upon cleaning.
o Participants may select and clean one grid using the provided device. If the revealed result is "Try Again", the Participant may select and clean one additional grid.
o Once all 12 grids have been cleaned, the grids will be reset before the next round.
By Participating, you must follow the instructions provided by Tineco staff and use the products safely as demonstrated.
Prizes:
o Instant Prizes: Prizes may include Tineco Desk Fans, Water Bottles, Umbrellas, "Try Again" opportunities, or entry tickets for the Grand Prize Draw (“Entry Ticket”). Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
o Grand Prize Draw: All Entry Tickets distributed during the roadshow will be entered into a final draw on the last day of the event (15 March, 2026). One (1) winner will be selected to receive a Tineco S9 Artist Steam Floor Washer. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, Tineco reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
Winner Notification: Grand Prize winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, Tineco reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
4. GWP Promotion
The Offer: During the roadshow period, customers who purchase a Tineco S7 Stretch Series or S9 Artist Series at one of the Designated Authorized Retail Partner Stores* are eligible to receive one (1) Tineco iCarpet Spot as a bonus gift.
Redemption Process: To claim the bonus gift, customers must present their original physical or digital purchase receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) at the Tineco Roadshow booth. The Proof of Purchase must clearly show the date of purchase (which must fall within the roadshow period) and the eligible model purchased. Redemption must be completed before the end of the roadshow event, and any unredeemed gifts by the end of the roadshow period will be forfeited
Return: Should a customer return the device, the corresponding gift must be returned together for processing the refund
