Trade Up Program Terms and Conditions

1) Overview

The Tineco Trade-Up Program (the “Program”) lets eligible customers receive a promotional discount code to purchase select Tineco products (the “Eligible Products”) from the official Tineco Australia online store. By participating, you agree to these Terms.

2) How it works

• Submit the form: Provide your first name, last name, email address, the brand, model and price range of your old machine, and select the Tineco product you’d like to upgrade to.
• Receive your code: After submission, the system will evaluate and process your request, if qualified you’ll see a single trade-up code on screen (the “Trade-Up Code”).
• Redeem: Use the Trade-Up Code at checkout with the selected products in the shopping cart for checkout.
• Note: the Program does not require you to ship your old product. We may request additional information or proof to validate eligibility (see Section 7).

3) Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and reside in a deliverable region for Tineco products within Australia.
• The Program is intended for end customers only (not resellers or distributors).
• One Trade-Up Code per customer; Tineco may hold the rights to dis-qualify orders that breach the rules.

4) Trade-Up Code

• The code provides discount on the Eligible Products only.
• Not combinable with other coupons, codes, or promotions unless we state otherwise in writing.
• No cash value; not redeemable for gift cards.
• Non-transferable and may not be resold.
• One-time use per customer.
• The code applies to product price only; taxes, shipping, and fees are excluded unless required by law.

5) Availability & pricing

• Product selection and pricing may change at any time. Inventory is limited and Available While Supplies Last.
• The discount applies to the real-time price shown when you redeem. It is not retroactive to past orders.

6) Returns & exchanges

• Returns are subject to our standard Return Policy. If you return a purchase made with a Trade-Up Code, your refund will be the amount actually paid after the discount (less any shipping fees, if applicable).
• Trade-Up Codes are single-use and won’t be reissued for returns or exchanges unless required by law.

7) Accuracy & verification

• You represent that the information you provide (old brand, model and serial number, contact details, selection) is accurate and complete.
• Tineco may request proof of ownership or additional details to validate your eligibility. We may decline, suspend, or cancel participation if we suspect inaccuracy, misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

8) Data & communications

• By participating, you authorise Tineco to collect and use your submission data (e.g., name, email, old product details) to administer the Program and related customer support.
• You may receive Program-related communications (e.g., your code, reminders and updates).
• We handle your data per the Tineco Privacy Policy available on our website: https://au.tineco.com/policies/privacy-policy.

9) Limitations

• The Program is void where prohibited.
• Not valid for wholesale, corporate, or reseller orders.
• Tineco Australia is not responsible for technical issues that prevent submission, code delivery, or redemption (including email filters or site outages).

10) Changes to the Program

• Tineco Australia may modify, suspend, or end the Program (in whole or part) at any time, including changing Eligible Products, discount value, or expiration dates.
• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
