How to store the battery if not use machine for a long time?If you do not use your vacuum for long periods of time, we recommend keeping the battery charged to at least 50% once every 3 months. Put the battery in cool and dry place where the temperature is between 39.2°F (4°C) -102°F (40°C).

How long should I charge the battery?Before your first use, please charge the appliance for 3-4 hours. During long periods of not being used, store the lithium battery in a cool, dry place. Ensure the battery is half-charged every 3 months (2 battery indicators light up on regular mode).

Is this vacuum cleaner easy to assemble? Do I need a screwdriver to assemble it?No tools are required to assemble the vacuum cleaner. Simply push and click the parts together. For instance, take out the vacuum, connect the tube and brush roller by pushing them together until you hear a click. Once all three parts are joined, you can start using the vacuum.

Does the A10 Hero come with a continuous cleaning switch so I don’t have to hold the power button down while cleaning?Yes, A10 Hero comes with a switch lock, so you don’t have to hold the power button while cleaning all the time.

How often does the dustbin need to be emptied?We advise to empty the dustbin before it reaches the "MAX" line.

How do I empty the dustbin?Press the release button on the side of the dustbin to empty its contents. Push the bottom of the dustbin back into place after emptying.

How do I store my vacuum?We advise to store the vacuum on the wall-mounted dock . To avoid bristle damage, always place attachments on the dock after use.

What is the meaning of the blinking pink indicator?The blinking pink indicator indicates a blockage in the filters or suction mouth, and requires cleaning of the filters or removal of the blockages.

Is the filter replaceable and washable?The filter can be washed and cleaned. Please be sure to thoroughly dry the filter before placing it back in the appliance.

What is the wattage of the digital motor, and what is the degree of suction power?The Tineco A10 Hero is equipped with a 350W digital motor to provide suction power up to 105W . The Tineco A10 hero has a Low mode and a Max mode.

What is the input voltage? Can this be charged at 220v?The input voltage of charger varies by country and region, and the warranty is based on the assumption of "local purchase and local use". We recommend following the instruction manuals and prints when using the charger.
