Can use bleach for floors in machine?We would not recommend using bleach in this machine as it could damage the cleaner.

Do you have to use distilled water?No need, just tap water is fine and also avoid to use hot water.

Does dog hair get wrapped around roller?Normally not because the roller diameter size is big enough so it can avoid such occasion.

How does this unit suck up dog hair?The unique brush roll can help to move dog hair and suck back to the dirt water tank.

How to store the appliance?We suggest to put it on the storage tray.

What is the suction power when suck water and debris?Suction power is range from 15-30AW depending on the dirty level.

How often I need to clean the brushroll?We advise to clean the brushroll after each cleaning.

How to use self-cleaning mode?Always keep plug in. Place unit on storage tray. Dump the dirt water tahnk and the clean water tank should be at least 1/3 full of water. Press self-cleaning button to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The appliance will automatically shut off once finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 40 seconds.

Can this be used for dry vacuuming? Can you just vaccum without using water?The Floor one can‘t be used without water for dry vacuuming. It will cause damage to the brush roller. Ideally you should use the Floor One with solution and water to automatically adjust solution and clean water flow to ensure an ideal cleaning result.

What kind of floor it can be used?Non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, sealed wood floor.

How to do the self-cleaning?Please place the appliance on the storage tray and make it in charge. Press and hold the switch button for 3s and it will begin the self-cleaning process. And please empty and clean the DWT after self-cleaning cycle.

How often I need to clean the brushroll?We advise to clean the brushroll after each use.

Can you use a third party cleaning solution?It is not recommended to use a third party cleaning solution because the floor washer is designed to be used with the Tineco Cleaning Solution to optimize the amount of bubbles that are produced with cleaning solutions. Third party solutions can cause an over abundance of bubbles when cleaning that could fill up the Dirty Water Tank within minutes of use.
