1.Confirm whether the battery is charging normally.
☆Make sure battery is charging normally. If charging is abnormal, please refer to "Not charging"
2.Confirm whether the machine is clogged?
☆Clean filter(filter needs be fully dried before being installed again), replace it every six months.(If machine is used frequently, advise replace filter every three months) Clean dustbin, tube, power brush. Cool down half hour to try again.
3.Has the problem been resolved?
