Device won't charge

Please charge the machine with Tineco iFloor adaptor.

Input Voltage: AC 100-240V.

Both high and low voltages can damage the adaptor or the machine, even cause danger to the user.
Please ensure the adaptor is correctly plugged in.
Let the adaptor and the unit cool down, then try again.
