  1. Can you use a third party cleaning solution?
    It is not recommended to use a third party cleaning solution because the floor washer is designed to be used with the Tineco Cleaning Solution to optimize the amount of bubbles that are produced with cleaning solutions. Third party solutions can cause an over abundance of bubbles when cleaning that could fill up the Dirty Water Tank within minutes of use.
  2. How long it needs to be full charged?
    Normally it needs about 4 -5hours.
  3. How often I need to clean the brushroll?
    We advise to clean the brushroll after each cleaning.
  4. What kind of floor it can be used?
    Non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, sealed wood floor.
  5. How to do the self-cleaning?
    Always keep plug in. Place unit on storage tray. Dump the dirt water tahnk and the clean water tank should be at least 1/3 full of water. Press self-cleaning button to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The appliance will automatically shut off once finished.
  6. When do you need to switch to Max mode?
    The water and suction reach the maximum value in the strong mode, and the high-grade mode can be directly switched to cleaning when there are stubborn stains on the surface that are difficult to clean .
  7. When the machine is fully charged, how long does it take to run out of power if left unused? Is it possible to turn on normally after recharging after no power?

    Put the machine back to the tray and plug in the charger then it will start charging and stop automatically once finished.
  11. Does the brush scratch surfaces or dull floors?
    No, it doesn't. The brush works great on hard floors causing any damage to it. It is also recommended to test an area of a sensitive surface before using any accessories on it.
  12. Is it ok to leave the unit plugged into the charger after it is fully charged?
    Yes, you can leave the Floor One plugged in as the Floor One will stop charging once fully charged.
  13. Can I use the Floor One to clean carpet?
    No
  14. Does it pick up large debris like cereals, dog food, etc?
    The Floor One is designed to pick up debris like cereal and wash the floor simultaneously on hard floor surfaces.
  15. How do I know when the dirty indicator light is mulfunctioning?
    You may find that the dirty indicator light is blinking and you need to clean the air channel opening located underneath the DWT when it is removed.
